There are a lot of different styles and types of swing dancing out there... My goal is to bring back Lindy Hop to Bakersfield!
A majority of my swing dance training came from Los Angeles, Ca. I became obsessed with Hollywood-Style Lindy Hop in 1999 when the GAP commercials made Lindy Hop popular (again). Ever since I can't get enough swing dancing in my life! I am experienced in Lindy-Hop, Jitterbug, Shag, Balboa, Charleston, and of course... East coast swing.
Wednesday Swing Dance
with Suze & Tony
📢Starting 9/09/26: Every Wednesday we will host a swing dance lesson & social dance at Crusader Brewing Co.
💃🕺Suze & Tony teach an int./adv. Lindy Hop (Swing dance) lesson 6:00-6:45pm for $5 per person.
⭐No partner required, singles are welcome! We will rotate partners.
🎺Social dance to live music by Bakersfield Jazz Orchestra or Uptown Swing 7:00-9:00pm for $10 per person.
😯Beginning Swing Lesson 7:55-8:10pm (free with entrance fee).
🎵You don't have to come for the dancing, you can just enjoy listening to live music and watch the social dancers.
